Who we are
Operation Hands On, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of military and civilian burn survivors. Our work is focused on aiding in the healing process through addressing burn pruritus, skin integrity, burn scar contractures, and range of motion using rehabilitative manual manipulation therapies and organic skincare products. One of our core missions is to have these therapies and skincare products included in the recovery protocol for all burn survivors.
Therapies
Over the past fifteen years, our work with military and civilian burn survivors has led us to develop a variety of treatments to aid in the healing of burns. These treatments include manual manipulation therapies, modified lymphatic drainage, burn scar remediation, and skin hydration techniques using a deeply moisturizing, organic skincare product called the Stone Crop Blend.
Products
We offer several products in our online shop that we have found to be essential in aiding the healing of burns. Our featured product is the Stone Crop Blend, a hydrating, soothing, organic cream.
Film
Operation Hands On, the film, is an award-winning documentary by Gary Logan about how a small massage therapy clinic in San Antonio, Texas developed new techniques and procedures to facilitate the recovery of military burn patients.  Â
Our Story
In 2009, Operation Hands On, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was formed to help fund groundbreaking, rehabilitative therapies for US military burn survivors wounded in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
The Stone Crop Blend
Operation Hands On is pleased to introduce our Stone Crop Blend to the burn survivor community. This product is a deeply hydrating, soothing, organic cream, created to facilitate the healing process of burned skin. It also assists in calming the burn pruritus (intense itching) that occurs during healing.
